At Natural Lifestyle we believe in old-fashion service. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Orders shipped to the East coast should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Orders shipped to the West coast should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Occasionally, we will hold an order for items that are out-of-stock and due to arrive soon. This could hold up your order for 7-10 days.

Shipping Green Policies: To help save on resources, we reuse boxes and pack with cardboard and biodegradable, compostable starch packing “peanuts.”

Please leave damaged items in box with original packing materials to be inspected by shipping company if necessary.

EI Customer Shipping: Many of our customers have environmental sensitivities that require special packing. We do ship products in compostable cellaphane bags, biodegradable compostable peanuts and reused boxes. 	Orders shipped in the Continental United States are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) using shipping rates on the right. United States Postal Service shipping is available upon request by weight with an additional $2.50 handling fee. 		All orders shipped out of the continental USA will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges will be calculated by weight with an additional $2.50 handling fee.


	Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days* from purchase and must include a Return Authorization number (RA#). A return/exchange form with return label will be included in your order. Please complete form, add RA# on form and return label on your return package.


	Please call a Natural Lifestyle customer service representative at 828-254-9606 for a RA#. Returned packages without a RA# will not be accepted.
